Top Ten Things to Know about Shiocton Library #7

Our library offers a space for you to enjoy.  The art of “book browsing” is a favorite pass time of book lovers!  Take a glance through our shelves and find a book that has an interesting cover or find an author you forgot you wanted to read.  Recognize a book you saw in the stores on our shelf.  Read the summary and the reviews on the back cover.  You never know what you will find!

Of course we have the Advertiser Community News always available to read to keep you connected.  We also have the Post Crescent newspaper every day.  If there is an article or an obituary you need, we can make a photocopy for you at no charge.  Want a certain article? After the week is over, we will set it aside for you.  Feel free to stop in on Mondays and get the coupons from Sunday’s edition.  (They are first come, first serve!) A wide variety of magazines are generously donated to us by our library users and are available for you to read here or to take home for free.  Stop in for a quick look at emails or to check your Facebook page while the children play.  There are toys available and coloring to do!  Our Maker Space table always has something interactive for the kids.   Stop in to see us; our library offers a little something for everyone!
