Baby Storytime Wednesdays at 10:30

Baby Storytime is a “lap-sit” program that allows caregivers to come with their 0-2 ½ year old babies.  We will read simple board books together.   The librarian will lead caregivers in interactive songs and finger plays to encourage language development and build cognitive skills.  Babies will bond with their caregiver through songs, rhymes and reading board books together.   Babies will have time to play with toys and interact with new people at a new place.  It is a great opportunity for grown-ups to find some friends too!

**We understand that you may have more than one age group with you to bring to Storytimes.  All ages are welcome at both.  Targeted age-groups are meant to be used as a guide but are not a hard rule. 

**When Shiocton Schools are closed due to weather, Storytimes are canceled.  Following us on Facebook is the best way to stay in touch with our Storytimes.
